Monday Mentions - Rainbows for All Children - Grief Support for Youth

Rainbows offers programs for children, youth and adults who have experienced a separation, divorce, death or other painful transition within their family. Rainbows assists participants with sorting through their pain and confusion, build self-esteem and learn positive coping strategies to help deal with their loss. This process takes place in groups of peers with an adult facilitator in a safe and nurturing environment. Kneehill Regional FCSS offers the Rainbows Program in a Summer Camp format. More information about the rainbows program can be found at https://rainbows.org/programs/peer-support-groups/
