Monday Mentions - Family Violence Supports and Resources

November is Family Violence Prevention Month in Alberta. It is a time to increase awareness of the warning signs of family violence and the resources and supports available so we can work together to end family violence and build healthier relationships in our communities.

Keep It REAL is an initiative of the Community Initiatives Against Family Violence https://ciafv.com/keepitreal/. The campaign's mission is to build public confidence and capacity to support survivors of family violence. Kneehill Regional FCSS will be sharing the materials and messages adapted for this campaign, which as adapted from REAL Talk, a domestic abuse prevention program by Sagesse https://www.sagesse.org/real-talk/
